Since 2016 I have been taking medication n treatment for my Son here by the Hospital n I know there's a payment that need to be made every time I collect medication..
So there's a balance of R80 that I'm owing and today I came to collect I have to pay R40 so I'm explaining to the lady that I don't have money now I'll pay it on my next collection Wich will b on the 03 /02/2022..I'm being told that they are not allowed to give madication on *Credit* hence I explained to her that I currently don't have money n it's not the first time coming here having no money.
Then the lady next to her is asking if I'm owing she then opened the system n told her yes she's owing R80 then the next lady said tell her that she's owing the hospital while with rasing her voice towards me.
I'm not happy the way she addressed the matter of me owing the hospital and I know I had to pay before getting my Son's Medication
I didn't expect to b treated as such.
