Poor quality shoes and violation of consumer’s rights

I bought a boot that was on a sale, a month later after wearing the shoe a few times the skin of the shoe started peeling, due to a busy schedule I only managed to return the shoe after two months.

I completed a complaint form and the shoe was booked in and I was told that they will get back to in three working days. Indeed I got an SMS that my shoe is at centurion store.

I went to the store and I didnt get positive feedback, they returned the shoes the way they were. With a statement that the shoe is a wear and tear.

It was my very first and last purchase at Europa Art. Imagine buying a shoe worth R990 that couldnt even last for 6 months.

I feel that my consumer Right has been violated.
