I asked for settlement amount on my account in 2016 and apperantly the person that gave me the settlement did not include the last month instalment.
When I phoned and asked I was told that I still need to pay R2013.00 I thought that since my account is in advance with over R60000.00. To my surprise the instalment amount was added to my balance on a monthly basis. I phoned today and asked for a settlement amount they gave me an amount of R13684.00 in other words I am paying more that what I took from you guys and my account was never in arrears in actual fact I was in advance.
According to the CPA act this is not correct. Can this please be investigated and me an answer I am not willing to pay this amount I cannot pay extra for an account that was in advance I want to settle this account by Friday. So I need this matter to attended to as an urgent matter please.
I send them an email on the 5th of February no feedback and I cannot get through to them they send to sms's with contact numbers but you can't get through ot rings twice and goes down. How can you speak to people that you cant get hold of.
