There's a group booked at Stay Easy. They've been drinking the whole day and it's after 21h00 and they are screaming in the corridors, disturbing the guests' peace. I've brought the matter to management's attention numerous times and the noise and rowdiness still continues. The lifts are reeking of beer that's spilt on the floors everywhere. You'd swear this is a beer hall than a hotel. Totally unacceptable! I intend taking this matter further.
