Leaking windows / Bad after sales service

I Have a brand new 700m2 house in an estate.
Aluminium wise installed my windows - almost half a million rand - and it is leaking like a sieve.
They came back twice but could not fix it.
After that they stopped coming.
My wooden floors are rotten and they just don't care.

Have all sorts of excuses and that it's the builder's fault but I can see where it is leaking and it's not the builder's fault.

I have sent them pictures and videos showing that it is the frames but they refuse to fix it.

VERSTAAN POOR PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE AFTER SALES SERVICE. STAY AWAY.
