We purchased 5 x Milk tray chocolate's and they turned out to be OFF!!! After attempting to contact their customer care line for 2 months we get it right yesterday and then they sent this rude, arrogant mother to collect them. First he shows up at my work address and performs at me in front of my staff, then when I called customer care they have an audacity that they are going to check phone records that I gave them the wrong address. Now I am been embarrassed in front of my staff members, off that they all dared to speak to me in that tone and I am still sitting with OFF chocolate's at my house.
