OLD CHOCOLATE AND NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE

Good Day,

I bought a Cadbury chocolate yesterday, the chunky mint one's as I was really craving for the chocolate. When I got to the office, I was really disappointed as the when I opened it, the whole chocolate was white and was crumbled into fine pieces.. When I checked the expiry date, it showed 13 February 2014, but this chocolate was obviously off. I am deeply dissatisfied as this is NOT the first time this has happened! I would like a response as to how this problem will be solved and how it will be made up to me. I have thrown away numerous amount of Cadbury chocolates in this month alone (5 in total) as they were all off and I hesitated on reporting it, but today I just had to report this as I have wasted so much money on spoilt Cadbury chocolates.

I hope that I will receive response very shortly.
