POOR SERVICE

We purchased a king size Restonic pocket spring delux bed in October 2013 and we have been experiencing severe back pain and the bed has split on both sides. We reported the matter to the stre manager on 17/12/2013 and have been given the run around since then. I will not pay whatsoever to have my bed and bases replaced as these are under warranty.
DO NOT BUY THE RESTONIC PRODUCT AS WE HAVE ENDLESS PROBLEMS AND DO NOT BUY FROM DIAL A BED. YOU JUST KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND.
