I bought furniture at this store and got taken through all the paperwork by the sales person. Now that my TV is broken I want to claim through my insurance. Now I get sent from pillar to post. I get told the info I was given was incorrect and even the person that gave me the paperwork and info was not even suppose to give it to me! Now every single person I've spoken to "will get back to me" It's been 3 weeks and still no answers! I want furniture city to take responsablity for their employees!
