I ate something that was not Chocolate

I purchased a NOSH chocolate bar, its one of my favorite chocolates which i eat regularly.

As i was eating it, i bit into something which was not chocolate or a burnt/off nut. Whatever this was exploded in my mouth and left a very bitter/off almost iron taste in my mouth. Whatever i bit into was at some point a living thing.

I will not go into detail what happened afterwards ie convulsion and chundering.

This is sickening. LITERALLY. I hope i don't get sick.
