Poor service, including manager!

On Sunday 26th Jan, we stopped at this Spar to purchase a few groceries. Whilst there we thought a pie would be great. We were the only people at the counter and waited at the counter for several minutes whilst being ignored by the staff. I eventually called for the Manager. I explained my problem to him and requested that he personally serve us as his staff did not want to. His reply was "No, they will serve you" to which I then replied by stating "If you won't serve me, then perhaps I should spend my money elsewhere"
His reply "That's okay"
I walked out leaving my trolley et al in the aisle.
Next day, 27th Jan, I registered my complaint with Spar's head-office via their web-site. In return I rec'd an email stating that I would receive a call within seven working days. No call yet, even after I had mailed and reminded the person who promised a return call 24hrs ago.
Needless to say I will not support SPAR any longer.
