I am saddened by the way Pick n Pay threat their customers, the arrogance in which they deal with issues, on the 29th of December, whilst shopping with my family, my wife's handbag was and the criminals only got away with it because the Store Manager at the PnP clothing there did not respond in time. I was able to identify the criminals after they eventually allowed me to see the surveillance 3 hrs later. We lost so much and the only apology they threw at us was a R250 voucher, we spend on average R4500 at PnP and they insult us like this. My only regret is I have to pass the Pick n Pay shops around my area spend my money somewhere else. This kind of treatment from them was not heard of when the old man was still around, he was all about customer satisfaction. Till this day (05-02-14) the Manager of that shop has not even tried to contact me. I am disgusted and will never set foot in another Pick n Pack ever again.
