I walk into Port Edward "Super"spar today to do some shopping for tonight's meal and the first thing I picked up at the Fresh produce isle Expired 4 days ago (Green peppers), I calmly walk to the manager to tell him about this and he starts to rectify it.
Later I am standing in front of the fresh meat fridge looking for Escort Bacon. Another gentleman is standing next to me looking for the same. I ask the lady, from Freys "Fresh" meat, behind the counter where the Escort products are and her response is"Sorry sir we do not stock Escort Products".
I ask to speak to a manager and all of a sudden the same lady took me to the Escort bacon, stocked at the OTHER end of the store.
I'm fuming because of this lie.
I go to speak to the Assistant Manager of Spar-Mohammed, and was then told that "My attitude stinks! "
How dare This person tell me that my attitude stinks when I raze my voice because one of his employees are blatantly lying to customers? This is NOT ON! Did I raze my voice when I came to you and told you that your meat section smells? No I did not, I quietly took you aside and made sure none of your other customers heard. What about the 20 complaint on expired products I lodged?
