I ordered a second hand textbook off the [URL Removed] website and selected and paid for it to be sent via courier. The book never arrived so I called the customer care line. They informed me that the seller had dropped the textbook off at the Mondeor post office and I was to go collect it there. I told them that I had paid extra for it to be couriered and got told that the seller said the courier charge was too high so the textbook was left at the post office and I must drive from Centurion to Mondeor to collect it. I once again refused and then got told that they would get the seller to submit a refund request and refund me within 7 days. I can't believe they expected me to drive and collect a book I had paid to have couriered.
