Our family finished month end shopping in the City for the day on 26th of Jan. We decided to go to the THE GROVE Mall for lunch before we go back home. We drove into the parking lot to be trapped inside by probably 100 cars going round and round, stopping, blocking the way and it took us 20 minutes to get out. Why on earth do you allow people in if there is absolutely no parking inside? To make matters worse, construction works reduces the drive ways, etc. With hungy kids in the car and frustrated drivers around you it was not a pleasant experience. When I got the the EXIT there was a long que down the driveway going in!!! Complete lack of facilities management.
