I bought some clothes just now and I went to the gift wrapping department where I met mpho who said I must sit and wait while she was still busy but after sometime rosalina came to assist me but when she couldn't find some wrappping material she asked mpho who blatantly ignored her so many times when I assked why is she not answering as I've been sitting there for long waiting she told me she's alone she can't all these things and I asked how is it my problem that she's alone. I went to the manager Patience who also continued with what she was doing as if I'm not talking then I gave up. It was my first time in the shop as I don't go there because its always full I never knew also the service is so bad like this. Never again you see me at that shop I don't care whether its blue hanger sale or red or pink. Soo!
