Dear sirs,
Are you aware that e bucks/FNB are forcing me NOT to shop at your stores.
I have for numerous years shopped at your stores and received 1 e buck for every ten rand spent but NOW, they have decided that I only qualify for half of what i previously received, (despite their adverts stating up to 15% back)
I have held my credit card account for over 30 years and shopped weekly with you but now due to this discrimination I will no longer be able to do so. I have spoken to their call centre (not very satisfactory) and they say this is based on my "profile" but as this "profile" still qualifies me the full value at Pick n Pay, I will unfortunately have to switch where I shop!!!
A loyal customer lost.
