My account is incorrect!!!

I have honestly had enough of the pathetic services of the Edcon JNB Finance department.

I opened a 6 month interest free account quite a couple of years ago and all of a sudden about 2 years ago, I started getting billed on a 12 month interest account.

After numerous calls and constant emails, wasting my time and money, as well as physically going into the East Rand shop during December 2013 and speaking directly with the finance department which confirmed that my account has been updated, guess what? I STILL RECEIVED A 12 MONTH INTEREST CHARGED ACCOUNT for January!

To add to my frustration, I'm still awaiting the finance department to respond to my various email requests which I have sent since November 2013 to check and update their records and ensure my account is updated. To date, no response received.

If this is the way that Edcon services their clients, I would certainly inform everyone I know not to open an account with Edgars.
