10 years loyal client Abused by Sales Assistant

Today at 14h00 I went to DVD Nouveau to return a late DVD pay up all outstanding fines and hire Rize by David La Chapelle.

This is what I told the Sales Assistant after I greeted him and he said, "Yes, what do you want? "

He then picked up the ringing phone and spoke to, what sounded to me like a personal call. During this call a DVD scanned it while on the phone. Handed it to me. Said Goodbye to the friend on the phone call.

He looked up from the computer screen to tell me it was going to be R25 and that DVD did not accept cards for that amount. I again told him I had more oustanding fines, he saw only R20 rand and charged me R56 for everything. Payment by card was done and I left.

Once inside the car only 2min after payment I opened the DVD case to discover he had given me The Rise and not RIZE by David La Chapelle as I had told him.

I returned to himb and told him that an error had been made. He proceeded to verbally abuse me as if I was the one who had not given him the correct title when I specifically did. No apology just verbal abuse ensued as another customer waited behind me. He then said I owed more money on my account. 10 years a loyal client, so disappointed.
