We recently bought a new place and are in the process of decorating. @Home caters for our taste and it is truly an amazing store. Well this is what I thought until I had my second bad experience at the @Home store in Brooklyn. I never spend less than R1000 at a time when I do go to an @Home so I expect decent service. The first time I went I was interested buying a duvet and 2 sets of Egyptian cotton bedding. Not 1 single person in that store offered to help me! After searching I found a lady and she could not provide me with any information regarding their different duvets. I did not complain as I thought they might having an "off day". I went there on Saturday and the service was even worse! No one knows their products and they have such a bad attitude (talking to customers while chewing gum with your mouth open is unacceptable!). The manager and "under-manager" were on lunch at the same time. I will not go back there!!!) its disgusting and gives @Home a terrible name! Furious!
