I am waiting for my refund for over a month and its less than R200. when I purchase on Runway you want payment in 2 hours very quick to collect the money buy to refund the service I have received is sad. I have sent countless emails and all sorry responses but still no refund. my order was in December 114264 and at the end of January still waiting for my money, money you took for items you didn't have in stock. word of advise DONT TAKE ON WHAT YOU CAN ANOT HANDLE. worst service ever really disgusted. DONT BUY FROM RUNWAY AND AVOID THE DRAMA. Please can I have my money back in 2 hours.
