On the 05/08/2013 I made a purchase of R1090.00 at the store mentioned above. upon arrival at home I realized that one of the perfumes which were in a box was actually an empty tester perfume with a stick. I called the store on the these number 011 683 7171 however the line was not clear. The following day I returned to the store hoping they would exchange but Mr Wade told him how it never happens and how his testers do not have boxes. I tried questioning on how I could have landed with their tester stick. he told me he doe not know and that he will not exchange it. I then asked what needs to be done because he was not on the floor at the time of my purchase therefore he would not know whether or not his staff had mistakenly place the tester in the box. he then told me to go home and write him not his superior or region head but him of the accusation I am making. I am very disappointed at his level of customer service.
