I ordered a mascara that was on special. I used my old mascara first, after I had finished the old mascara, I started to use this newly purchased one (already 2-3 weeks after purchase date). After about 2 weeks of using this mascara the rubber seal (mechanism) came out together with the brush. You would then struggle to get the seal back, after the seal was temporarily fixed, it would then last for about two to three days. After another week's struggle it would still refuse to go back into position. With this situation, I have wasted a month's supply of mascara. In today's age we cannot afford to loose out on things like this. I am a very disappointed custome
