I am yet to walk into Spar Parkrand and get the warm friendly welcome from staff like customers should get. It is such an effort for them to say hello or thank you when they give your change back! This is specifically for the "pancake" ladies and cashiers. Is it so much to ask? I used to enjoy shopping at Spar but now I'd rather drive and support the new Checkers. At least there I even get a smile. Complaints fall on deaf ears. Perhaps a team building course on Customer Service is the order of the day?
