I made two orders from Citymob in November/ December. Both of them were late. In the one order they delivered the completely wrong thing- and when I complained it turned out they don't have the right thing anymore, and the other order they delivered twice! I've spent SO much time trying to sort out their ups that it would have been cheaper and easier to get them directly from the suppliers. They sure do have excuses though- but does that help at all?
