Once purchasing a new bike, the crank was defective. Only after taking the bike back and forth numerous times and threatening them with the CPA laws and getting a customer advocate involved did they repair the bike effectively.
Sent another bike in for a service and they messed up the gear indicator and they didn't fix the valve which was requested with the service.
Overall they where very rude and didn't not apologize for any mistakes made.
Even though I live down the road from them I will find another store to do business with as this was one of the worst retail experiences I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them if you can.
