Good day Trudine

It is sad to confirm there is still no refund paid back. I have already requested the money to be paid to my account on the 14th of January, but nothing. The balance was on my profile, and i completed all the info. I was told the money should show in my account in 24/72 hours . "Very happy client that my issue has been resolved".

BUT - 20 January. Confirming with the call centre what is happening, i am greeted with " o, you are that client ". Really guys i am not a problem client, i just want my money back . i keep phoning because there are no client service or call back service. PLEASE GUYS, I JUST WANT MY REFUND BACK!!! I even promise to still support kalahari, but i will make sure that the delivery is not urgent or for Christmas or for a birthday.
