No response for months, but invoice for damage goo

I am sick and tired of receiving a bill for damaged goods returned, HOMECHOICE>>>>please get your act together or stop selling your useless products. I returned a damaged juicer/mixer in Nov 2013 and nobody bothers to contact me or return a new machine, after numerous calls, fax, mails I just don't get positive response.
my tracking trace number is PE672394723ZA, if you not planning on resending a new machine, then kindly either credit my account with what I've paid so far, or STOP BILLING ME... either way, IMPROVE YOR ROTTEN SERVINCE
