I bought a bedroom suite from randburg branch only to find out upon delivery that it has been damaged, i have made about 50 calls to find out what is happening as this is a story coming from december the 20th 2013 now after a month of calling and requesting them to collect i get called for payment. I WILL NOT PAY FOR DAMAGED GOODS GET ME MY RIGHT STUFF OR COME FETCH THIS RUBBISH AND CANCEL MY ACCOUNT.
my family has been a client at this branch for many years and i will be sure to make them go to a complete different company if this is the rubbish service that i am getting, i would like to get feedback on this before it gets taken to the media for a better response
