Was at above store on Friday at 09:30. Was at fruit and veg section. All the vegetables in the fridge section were either shriveled or had turned colour (mushrooms). My friend and I were horrified. I could not buy any of the items. I went to the fridge and chose the the hydroponic green lettuce as well as the Trio Pack. On Saturday the following day, when I tried using the lettuce I found that the base of the leaves were soggy and rotten. From the trio pack there was not a single leaf that I was able to use. Most of the leaves had to be thrown away because they were either brown or wet. When I looked at the 'sell by' date, I was shocked to see that it was the 21 st January. I have purchased this lettuce before and never had a problem. It also lasted for more than a week. I am very disappointed with my shopping experience at this store. I would think that a store is ready when the first customers walked in. I am seriously rethinking my shopping at this store.
