I phoned the branch this morning to make an appointment for a soak off, buff and paint for my hands and was told my appointment was at 12:30. I arrived on time, walked into the store and had sullen faces greeting me. No one introduced themselves or had name tags on. The lady who was meant to do my nails was busy with a gel polish pedicure (ie at least another 30min busy) and told me to 'just sit and wait', luckily the trainee in the store offered to start with me. She unfortunately is clearly still a trainee and smudged 4 nails while putting on cuticle oil, her top coat was put on too early and subsequently all of my nails have bubbled nail polish. This all took 2 hours for something which ordinarily takes 45min and all while the store manager played on her cell phone and the person who was meant to do my nails left the store to buy lunch, had an argument in front of us customers with a colleague about splitting a tip and did her make up (again in front of the customers). When my nail story started going pear shaped one of the available staff members should have taken over- very poor service all round I'm afraid
