On Saturday 11 January 2014, I purchased an extra length bed set which was to be delivered on Tuesday evening. I paid in full for the bed set and for the delivery

15 Jan Tuesday 5pm, I had not received my bedset. I called & was told the driver was on the way. 7pm and no news, I had to sleep on the floor that night.

Wed 16 Jan I had to take time off work, head to the shop approximately 25kms drive. The sales person reassured me that delivery will happen that night. I rush back to work, I request manager's number in case I need to follow up, only to be given a number that constantly rings engaged.

Second day, it's 8pm and my bed doesn't arrive, all through the day I have been calling & getting an engaged tone. I'm livid, I have to sleep on the floor again

Next day, I decide I want my money back. I excuse myself from work, get to the store. I ask for my money back, only to be told they have run out of stock & they can't give me my money back

I end up choosing another bed which was not to the standard I originally wanted. I'm baffled why the store allowed me to pay for something they clearly knew they didn't have stock of. Not once did store call me, I had to chase up constantly
