Recieving Paperwork delays and times

I am a delivery person in the Waverley/Irene area in Pretoria. In total I deliver to 11 chain/Super Stores and 6 Garages/Cafes. Without any doubt the worst service/attitude/paperwork/receiving is Checkers Waverley.
The receiving is spiteful at the best of times and even if you were an hour before any other delivery some still take point before yourself even though receiving me will take 10mins where the other person would take up to 45mins due to slack personnel and big loads.
Even if you manage to get received early paperwork still takes up to 3-5 hours on average!!! In any other chain store it is NEVER more than an hour to two (rarely 2 hours) wait for paperwork this includes Pick and Pay; Spar; and Woolworths.
Speaking to management does not help as they curse at you and talk down to as if you are stupid and common they have bad attitudes and are generally nasty to any complaint about there staff from delivery people. Asking middle management about the reasons for delay in your paperwork always gets answered by a "I dont know" and a casual i dont give a attitude.
Unfortunately I do not have a choice in delivering to this place as it is part of my work and I have to.
