Everytime we collect the latest issue and enquire we get the same story."We'll call you" and we receive no call. Friday I dealt with the alledged store Manager "Dion". Not even he returns calls, if the store manager doesn't return calls then neither will the other staff. Go ahead surprise us and resolve the query!
