I ordered a Melissa 18-piece luxury comforter set - Double 74653 on the 7th of Nov 2013 it was delivered about 10 days after the order date, not sure. I bought it for a new bedroom and opened it on the 25th of November 2013. I find one of the scatter cushions was thorn. On 26 Nov I send a mail to them. So many times they phoned me for more orders and if I ask them about my query they said they did not receive anything. I still got the mail. I have been a client with them for a few years, never ship a payment and my account is always paid up before the time.
