At around 13.21 i visited the venda plaza store with a friend off mine, after waiting forever in a SLOW line to get service, when our items were finally rung up one of the items prices could not be found, and she took the box and tossed to the side and abruptly told us in tshivenda that there was no price, already annoyed with her attitude i very irritably told her that they should then find the price because we want to pay and live, she very sarcastically asked us is it her problem? should she find the price? and that it was not her job (all in tshivenda, and not 1 of us spoke venda, and that was clear).
i was intensely at this point and told her it wasn't my problem, that someone should just get the price so that we could just get our stuff and go,
she eventually called a supervisor Mary) to go get the price, and we eventually just paid and left,
ive gotten bad service from shoprite before, but this just really got to me, the ignorance and snobbishness that this kid portrayed... i'm disappointed, frustrated and annoyed all at once...
