Good day [URL Removed]

Recently I sold an item on Marketplace. I then informed the purchaser that the item had been sold already via alternate means. The customer then cancelled the order, Kalahari then for some or other reason took R11.40 off my account, then the same day, put the R11.40 back into my account, causing me to pay a fee of R12. Then they charged me with R115.00 for an "unpaid" item. In total costing me R127.00. Could Kalahari please inform me the reasons for the these transactions. And if there is no valid reason, reimburse me.
