At this point in time I don't know whether Yoomi is a website or that their service is so poor that it seems that way. I ordered baby bottles for my little one as well as a sleeping aid on the 19/12/2013. This was supposed to be before christmas so I selected the express shipping option to the post office which cost R50 extra and delivery would happen in 2-4 working days. Now here I am sitting on the 4/01/1014 more than two weeks later and not a peep from them. I have sent multiple emails to all their stipulated addresses given without a single reply.
So far it seems like they have run off with the money and are probably laughing their heads off at this who thought he was buying from a legitimate website. All I can say is AVOID. If their normal service is this poor can you imagine what the after sales support must be like.
