I am a new mom and have a 3 month old baby boy, this is my first baby, so i thought let me start getting diapers in advance so i did just that. so we packed all the nappies in a closet just to find that there is nappies that shows no 2 on it and it looks like newborn nappies then there is no 2 that is way to big for my baby. so i thought let me have a look at the nappies so i saw that there is two different sizes in the number 2 and then the number 3 that I'm using now is also smaller that some of the number 2. this is very upsetting as i bought all this nappies and cannot do anything about it as i took all of it out the plastic bags. and some of the number 3 that I'm using is not even the same it does not look the same and does not fit the same. the back were the elastic is does not look the same this is very bad poor quality of nappies and very unprofessional from Hugies.
so i tried getting on Hugies website to lay a complaint but no luck they have no contact details on the website.
that is just as bad as trying to sort the number of the nappies out.
so that is my complaint. i wish i can warn all new parents out there about Hugies bad and poor quality of nappies.
