We bought a pair of guess sun glasses for christmas for my daughter, when she opened the gift, the one arm was broken. We returned to branch on the 26th and was informed it will take two days to deliver new pair. After visiting branch every single day, ensured that glasses are on the way, on the 8th day I asked the sales person to call and find out when ot was sent. He then informed me that it actually has not been sent yet. We now have to travel back to JHB without glasses and hope when eventually receive the pair. What a terrible experience especially as it was n christmas gift. Seems all the shops are good in doing is selling and have no interest in after sales.
