We shall be having a fundraising event at my second child's school tomorrow, 05 Oct 2013. To support the school we, parents, were asked to help by approaching stores for assistance with donations. Pick 'n Pay Hillcrest was among the stores I approached. What made this particular store stand out from the others was because they went on to help the school in spite of the short space-of-time notice on the requests for donations (which most stores' managers complained about). More so, ma'am Jane seemed to genuinely care and to be more willing to offer their help and support. The impressive thing about her store was that it was not for the first time that they helped (me in particular) with school fundraising projects. They also helped my first child's school years earlier when I approached them for assistance; it was during the time when ma'am Elizabeth Sekatane was their Customer Service Manager. Ma'am Jane, on a personal level thank you for your awesome support and your great customer service. As a parent and on behalf of my children' schools, we are very grateful for your great spirit of community support. Thank you for going the extra mile for us!
