My name is Zanele Mbila, on the 9th June 2013 i was celebrating my 40th birthday, i orded food platters through pick n pay entertaining and the food was fresh and delivered on time, i would like to thank the lady who came to deliver the food she didn't know east rand and she phoned me for directions, few munites after that, the was a network problem she couldn't reach me after 5 attemps but went an extra mile to the nearest police station and get the directions, i was very impressed though i forgot her name but order number was: 398748161.
2. i ordered the cake through pick n pay Primrose the head baker by the name of Classius went an extra mile with my cake it was beatiful and very fresh (black forest) WOW... WOW i am so happy with the service i received and wish all the best to the two employees who impressed me. i wish we can have more commited people like this in our retails stores.
