Today I wished to correct the residential address on my account at Miladys. The residential address that is currently on my account is only wrong due to a typo made by Miladys. I was then informed that I need to fill out forms that will be faxed and it could take several days during which time I was responsible to see to it whether it was in fact changed as requested.
What was truly astounding is that I there after went to another clothing retail supplier to merely update my details as these details were outdated and this supplier was able to help immediately and in less than 5 minutes it was all sorted out.
The fact remains that Mildays rendered revolting service in the sense that I was inconvenienced due to a problem that occurred on their part and their unwillingness to handle the problem promptly and efficiently.
