I paid R380 for DSTV using my platinum cheque account and the speed point that they used lost power the money was deducted from my account but the cashier told me that they are unable to trace my cash. On my statement it shows that the money was paid to shoprite Siyabuswa but they told me a different story. The incident took place on the 30 December 2013. They didn't even apologise and missed some programs and I will have to pay some penalties on my Dstv because of this problem.
