So after posting a report on this site I received a reply to say that they would contact me back about the report and try to fix it. needless to say no one has contacted me just as I was expecting. Its been 3 weeks today since I ordered (and paid for in full) my couches and still have not received it. No one at the store has contacted me once or said sorry. No one can tell me where the couches are at the moment either. How can a company as big as Mr price not be able to trace their orders?
