My sister bought my children the "Magic fish" box from Homemark. They followed the instructions on and in the box. But to no avail. We contacted the shop (Dischem, Nelspruit) from whom the children said it was bought, and the shop manager told us that he had to open 5 boxes before he could get his shrimps started and breed his fish. He said that if they can't get it right they can exchange the boxes. We could not get back to Dischem as we had to come back home to Kinross. We tried since then to get hold of Homemark on the complaint line to no avail. You keep on the line for 30 minutes and it is only the answering service that you get. Even my e-mail was not even answered. Is this how after-sale service should be conducted?
