Dear Homechoice,
On your Delivery Invoice you state "... if a problem or discrepancy has occured, please call our Customer Services Department..." I called and the automated voice said your call centre is closed (This would match the info on the Invoice saying you're only open till 1pm on a Saturday.) So, how else can I lodge my complaint to you? I've been waiting for weeks on my order to arrive, only to be disappointed yet again. Instead of delivering my 5 piece cast iron pot set, I only got ONE pot. The courier said he would follow up with you on Monday but did not want to take my order back. I am beyond disappointed especially since I was assured over and over that you would get my order right "this time". I just want you to come and collect the pot as I'm over it and have decided to buy the pots elsewhere. Disappointing service despite the promises and to think you could not even get my address right after I confirmed the correct address with you more than 3 times!
