On 20/12/12 I bought a recliner seat (322033 Amore 9393-5I Recliner Fab Bro) as a Christmas-gift. I was phoned few days later by the sales-consultant to inform me that the stock arrived in Johannesburg, but will take a few more days to arrive in Rustenburg. Its now 01/02/2013 - more than two month later and still no chair.
On personal enquiry I was told that the shipment was damaged in the container and had to be sent back.
During sales I was promised that I will have the item in seven (7) days.
I am not willing to wait any longer and would really want to resolve this as soon as possible. If the chair that I bought is not available, then I will settle for something similar to what I purchased.
