I bought some shoes from Zando last year. I took them home after being delivered and found that one pair didn't fit. There is a 14 day free return policy so I had them returned which I applied for in August. The shoes were collected, however, every time I go check my account it says return status unknown. On 17 December I sent an e-mail asking what is going on. I still have not had a reply. Not very impressed. Why wasn't this picked up on before? Why is it not being resolved?!
