5 dec 2013 place order for coffee maker and Wahl blade set
6 dec paid for order
2 days after delivery date after inquiring about order was told coffee machine out of stock - money taken from me and stashed in kalaharis account and told coffee machine will be available on 27 june
Because of this i phoned 3 times to get blade delivered as i was not about to make 2 trips to pick up my order from their cape town depot. This has apparently been forwarded to rtt couriers and having spoken to ilse twice still no word about delivery - i work in montana (close to airport and rtt warehouse) told that my order is in an outlying area haha so they cannot give me a time and i must wait till they are ready to deliver and if i'm not there it will go back on truck for following day. Judging on kalaharis performance can see why they use rtt. After querying this again with kalahari on friday the person on help? desk insead of sortin about my problem actually told me his order of the same blade set was delivered to him on that day - LAUGHABLE. Seems like they will just take as many orders as they can and the rest - STINKS
